Lifetime Guarantee

Limited Warranty

ModGear LLC Lifetime Guarantee covers all our products from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

ModGear will replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in their products free of charge. The lifetime guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident (lost/stolen), improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence. The lifetime guarantee covers only products purchased from ModGear or an authorized ModGear dealer. ModGear reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The lifetime guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

Lifetime

The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the product. All materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements and a product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for and not by how old it is.

Manufacturing Defects

A manufacturing defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials (magnets, buckles, plastics, etc.) or workmanship (seams, construction, etc.) are covered by the lifetime guarantee.

Wear and Tear

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will wear out and plastics, printing will deteriorate and fade over time.

Submit a Warranty Claim

Please email nathan@mod-gear.com and include your order number, where you purchased it and description of the defect with a picture if possible. We track all the defect to try to improve our product's design and how we manufacture them.
